Compassus is seeking a Hospice Director Clinical Services (Registered Nurse/RN) to supervise patient and family care, manage interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead IDT meetings. This role involves overseeing EMR documentation workflows and contributing to high-quality hospice care. The ideal candidate will have a registered nurse license, at least three years of healthcare experience, preferably in hospice settings, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
