Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice House Patient Care Specialist (PCS) to provide compassionate, field-based care to patients and support families in the Zanesville service region. The role involves travel to patient homes and care facilities, documentation in electronic medical records, and rotation through the Dayton Hospice House IPU with float availability to Middletown and Troy IPU’s. A high school diploma or GED is required; CHPNA certification and nurse aide certification are preferred, and internal training is offered. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with every other weekend or holiday rotation, and the position includes benefits, mileage reimbursement, company-provided technology, and professional development opportunities.
