Description
TRU Community Care is hiring an Inpatient Unit Resource Nurse for its hospice inpatient unit at CommonSpirit Longmont United Hospital in Longmont, Colorado. The role provides compassionate nursing care to patients and families, develops individualized care plans, coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, monitors patient progress, provides education, and documents care. The position requires at least two years of nursing experience, a current Colorado RN license, and CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire. Pay is $42.34–$50.81 per hour, with a Sunday–Wednesday, 12pm–10pm schedule.
