Description
Hospice of the Piedmont Inc. is hiring a full-time Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (Float) in Culpeper, Virginia. The LPN works Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, under RN supervision to provide hospice nursing care, comfort measures, medication administration, documentation in EMR, coordination with physicians/RNs and the interdisciplinary team, patient/family education, and participation in quality assurance and professional development. The role requires Virginia LPN licensure, preferred nursing experience, a driver’s license, personal automobile, current liability insurance, and the physical ability to travel to homes and facilities and perform demanding hands-on care tasks.
