Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a Hospice Individualized Care LPN for a PT day shift from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The role provides one-to-one bedside care for patients actively declining in homes or facilities, drives patients within the Dayton/Springfield area, and works under the direction and supervision of an RN. Applicants must be registered LPNs in Ohio, CPR certified, computer-literate, able to drive safely, and able to pass a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen; one year of nursing experience is preferred.
