Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a Hospice Individualized Care LPN for a PT night shift from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. The role provides one-to-one bedside care for patients actively declining in homes or facilities, drives patients within the Dayton/Springfield area, and works under the direction and supervision of an RN. Applicants must be registered LPNs in Ohio, CPR certified, able to drive in any weather, and pass background and drug screening; one year of nursing experience is preferred.
