Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a Hospice Individualized Care LPN for a PT night shift from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. The role provides one-to-one bedside care for patients actively declining in homes or facilities, drives patients within the Dayton/Springfield area, and works under the direction and supervision of an RN. Applicants must be registered LPNs in Ohio, CPR certified, computer-literate, able to drive in any weather, and hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; one year of nursing experience is preferred.
