Description
The Elizabeth Hospice is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide hospice and palliative care to perinatal, pediatric, and adult patients across San Diego and south Riverside counties. The role involves patient visits, care assessment and documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, medical direction, counseling, staff education, and rotating weekend coverage. It requires California RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses, DEA and NPI credentials, an MSN and recognized NP program, AANP or ANCC certification, BLS/CPR, and at least three years of hospice or palliative care nursing experience. The position offers a $100,000–$130,000 annual salary, a Monday–Friday schedule, two on-call shifts per month, travel for patient visits, and benefits including retirement matching, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.
