Description
The Home Health/Hospice Nurse I (RN) provides direct patient care in home health and hospice settings throughout Orange County, including physical assessments, nursing interventions, pain management, medication administration, specimen collection, nutritional support, patient teaching, and discharge planning. The role also provides behavioral health evaluations and care for patients with depression, anxiety, or dementia. It requires current California Registered Nurse licensure, a current driver's license, and current BLS certification; home health experience is preferred, while hospice experience is required and public health, home care, or hospice experience is preferred.
