Description
The Hospice Nursing Specialist will provide independent nursing care and symptom-relieving measures to hospice residents and their relatives, create and implement individual care plans, document care, support families, and guide nursing assistants and trainees. The role is available full-time or part-time, with permanent night duty also welcome, and requires hospice nursing specialist training, palliative-care qualification or willingness to pursue it, empathy, resilience, and willingness to work in a three-shift system.
