Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time, 40-hour-per-week Hospice Patient Care Specialist (PCS) for a traveling float position serving patients in facilities and homes throughout Ohio’s Hospice South region, including the greater Dayton area and surrounding counties. The role provides compassionate, field-based care and supports families, requires a high school diploma or GED, computer proficiency, a valid Ohio driver’s license, auto insurance, and background and drug screening, and offers training for preferred certifications.
