Description
Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice Patient Care Specialist (PCS) for a 40-hour-per-week traveling float position. The role provides compassionate, field-based care to patients and families in patient homes and care facilities throughout Ohio’s Hospice South region, including the greater Dayton area and surrounding counties. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, computer proficiency for electronic medical records, a valid Ohio driver’s license, safe driving record, auto insurance, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening; CHPNA certification and a Certified Nurse Aide credential are preferred but training is provided.
