Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time day-shift Hospice Patient Care Specialist (PCS) to provide compassionate, field-based care to patients and support their families in patient homes and care facilities throughout the Zanesville, Middletown, Butler, and Warren service regions. The role requires travel, electronic medical record documentation, a valid Ohio driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to pass background and drug screening; CHPNA certification and a Certified Nurse Aide credential are preferred but training is provided.
