Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time day-shift Hospice Patient Care Specialist (PCS) to provide compassionate care to patients and support families in both facilities and homes within the greater Xenia/Greene County area. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer proficiency for electronic medical records, a valid Ohio driver’s license, safe driving record, auto insurance, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screening; CHPNA certification is preferred but internal training is offered.
