Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time day-shift Hospice Patient Care Specialist (PCS) to provide compassionate, field-based care to patients and support their families in the greater Huber Heights and surrounding area. The role involves traveling to patient homes and care facilities, documenting care in electronic medical records, and working with an interdisciplinary team. A high school diploma or GED is required; CHPNA certification and a Certified Nurse Aide credential are preferred, while internal training is offered. The position requires a valid Ohio driver’s license, safe driving record, auto insurance, and successful background and drug screening.
