Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice Patient Care Specialist (PCS) for a night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with every-other weekend and holiday rotation. The role is based at the Dayton Hospice House IPU and may cover the Troy and Middletown Hospice House IPUs when needed. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate patient and family care, documenting care in electronic medical records, and working with an interdisciplinary hospice team. A high school diploma or GED is required; CHPNA certification and nurse aide certification are preferred, and internal training is offered. The position requires a valid Ohio driver’s license, safe driving record, auto insurance, and successful background and drug screening.
