Hospice PCS PRN nights at Ohio’s Hospice

Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a PRN Hospice Patient Care Specialist for night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The role is based at the Dayton Hospice House IPU and may cover the Troy and Middletown Hospice House IPUs when needed. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate patient and family care, documenting care in electronic medical records, and working with an interdisciplinary hospice team. A high school diploma or GED is required; CHPNA certification and nurse aide certification are preferred, and internal training is offered.
