Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a Hospice Patient Care Specialist (PCS) for its Middletown Hospice House IPU. This is a PT day-shift position from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with an every-other weekend and holiday rotation, including UC duties. The role provides compassionate patient and family care, documents care in electronic medical records, and requires a high school diploma or GED, Ohio Certified Nurse Aide certification, computer proficiency, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and successful background and drug screening.
