Del Corazon Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and supportive services to hospice patients in Los Alamos, White Rock, and surrounding communities. The role involves case managing patients, participating in on-call rotations, conducting assessments, administering medication, educating patients and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and completing accurate documentation.
