Description
Silverado Hospice is hiring a full-time RN Case Manager to coordinate hospice and palliative care for patients and families in the Dallas, Garland, and McKinney areas. The role develops Plans of Care, conducts nursing assessments, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, provides field supervision to LVNs and Home Health Aides, and performs field case management. The position requires a registered nurse license, at least one year of RN experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive to patient locations and work outside regular hours as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an anticipated pay range of $85,000 to $90,000 USD and health, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
