Everwind Hospice is hiring a Hospice Social Worker in Casper, Wyoming to provide compassionate psychosocial support for hospice patients and their families in Gillette. The role involves assessing emotional, psychological, and social needs; coordinating with an interdisciplinary care team; addressing social determinants such as housing, transportation, and finances; supporting end-of-life decision-making and bereavement; and documenting care in accordance with agency policies. The position requires an MSW, an active Wyoming LSW or LCSW license, and strong communication, counseling, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
