Stillwater Hospice is hiring a full-time, experienced Hospice Social Worker in Gillette, Wyoming. The role provides medical social work services to hospice patients and their families, including psychosocial assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, care planning, referrals, advance-directive education, volunteer-program oversight, interdisciplinary collaboration, and assistance with funeral, financial, legal, and healthcare decisions. A bachelor's degree in social work, at least one year of healthcare experience, relevant licensure or certification, a valid driver's license, and an insured vehicle are required or indicated.
