Stillwater Hospice is hiring a Full Time Hospice Social Worker in Billings, Montana. The role provides medical social work services for hospice patients and families, including psychosocial assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, advance directive support, community referrals, volunteer and bereavement program oversight, care plan participation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary hospice team. The position requires a social work degree (BSW required, MSW preferred), at least one year of health care experience, hospice experience preferred, and licensure with a reliable insured automobile.
