Petco is hiring a Hospital Concierge for its Vetco Total Care full-service veterinary hospital. The role is the first and last point of contact for clients, responsible for answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, greeting clients and pets, maintaining the waiting area, supporting hospital workflow, and assisting technical staff as needed. The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year of experience in a veterinary practice or customer-facing role, and strong communication, phone, and computer skills. The role is onsite in the veterinary hospital and pays $15.00 to $20.90 per hour.
