Description
The role manages a hospital care area and its medical staff, developing standards and work systems, coordinating care continuity, monitoring clinical documentation and patient regulation, supporting interns and residents, and reporting performance to the Directorate. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Medicine, a specialist title in Intensive Care Medicine, active professional registration, and healthcare service-management experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 13:00 in the South Zone hospital care unit in São Paulo, with optional medical and dental assistance.
