Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital is hiring a permanent Hospital Manager in Long Beach, California, to lead the expanding hospital team and collaborate with the Managing Veterinarian. The role owns the P&L, manages accounts receivable, inventory, payroll, scheduling, labor costs, facilities and administrative costs, change initiatives, workflows, client service, and hospital culture, while ensuring DVM licensures are current. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with 3–5 years of managerial experience including customer service experience; experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry is a plus. The position requires regular on-site attendance and offers an annual salary of $75,000–$85,000, an annual bonus opportunity, health insurance, mental health benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and continuing education stipends.
