Description
The Hospital Services Field Trainer provides hands-on clinical training, coaching, competency validation, performance evaluation, and ongoing skills development for Hospital Services team members. The role develops and delivers training curricula, facilitates simulation-based learning and debriefings, monitors training progress, identifies skill gaps, supports remediation and process improvement, and serves as a clinical subject-matter expert. It requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus two years of relevant experience, professional hospital experience, formal preceptor or competency-validation experience, and at least four years in Hospital Services or related healthcare experience. The position includes day, night, and weekend shifts, travel to regional offices and donor hospitals, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
