DLR Group is hiring an Architect for its Overland Park office to contribute to the day-to-day design and technical development of hospitality projects. The role coordinates project documentation and delivery, leads cross-functional design disciplines, supports BIM standards, manages project schedules and budgets, participates in client presentations, and provides technical guidance to less experienced staff. The position follows a hybrid model with a four-day in-office schedule and offers flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in architecture, at least ten years of professional architectural experience, professional licensure, and proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
