The role provides servant and spiritual leadership, manages staffing and labor utilization, oversees health and safety compliance, and develops team members. It is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Director of Hospitality, with a stated minimum salary of $48,984 and maximum of $66,269, plus health, dental, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
