Description
Thind Management is seeking a Hospitality Task Force Engineer to deploy to hotels and restaurant concepts and provide temporary engineering leadership. The role assesses and restores mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life-safety, and commercial kitchen systems; stabilizes operations and maintenance backlogs; coordinates vendors and capital projects; ensures compliance and documentation; and mentors property-level engineering teams. The position requires at least 10 years of hotel engineering experience, strong HVAC and electrical knowledge, OSHA knowledge, and frequent travel, with preferred experience in mechanical plants, life-safety systems, and related certifications.
