The Host greets guests, escorts them to tables, manages wait times, answers phones, takes reservations, operates and troubleshoots reservation software, and stays current on menu options and specialties. The role requires at least one year of hosting experience, strong customer service and communication skills, teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and professional maturity.
