Description
The HOST/HOSTESS provides relational service to members and guests, welcomes and directs them, manages seating requests, relays messages to servers, assists with service, and supports continuous improvement in quality, safety, and member satisfaction. The role requires strong food and beverage knowledge, multitasking ability, a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and willingness to learn the P.O.S. system; a high school education, professional certification, food safety certification, and 1–2 years of private club or major hotel experience are preferred.
