Description
The Host manages dining-room flow, welcomes guests, coordinates reservations and seating, maintains waitlists, answers calls, communicates with restaurant staff, escorts guests to tables, and completes opening, side, and closing duties. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, multitasking, professional appearance, composure during busy service, flexible availability, and legal authorization to work in the United States; prior restaurant or hospitality experience and reservation-system experience are preferred.
