Description
The Host greets and seats restaurant guests, manages wait times and waiting lists, enters reservations and guest information, answers phones, fills to-go orders, and maintains the host stand and dining area. The role requires strong customer service, organization, multitasking, sanitation knowledge, shift flexibility, and the ability to use restaurant POS and reservation systems. Guest service experience is preferred, and the position pays $13.00–$25.00 per hour depending on the listed state.
