The Host greets and thanks guests, answers restaurant calls, manages seating, reservations, and wait lists, monitors dining and bar flow, addresses special guest needs, and coordinates with servers to maintain a positive dining experience. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility to work varied shifts, physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and carry supplies, and Food Handler Certification.
