Description
The Host greets and welcomes guests, manages seating, reservations, wait lists, and restaurant flow, answers calls, addresses special requests, monitors guest needs, and ensures a safe and positive dining experience. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility to work varied shifts, physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and carry supplies, and Food Handler Certification.
