Description
The Host is the first and last point of contact for members and guests at an Invited club, greeting and seating guests, maintaining service standards, keeping the host area organized, assisting service staff, handling member requests and complaints, and supporting club operations. The role reports to the Food & Beverage Director, requires attendance on a weekly schedule including possible weekend and holiday hours, and prefers a high school diploma, hospitality experience, telephone-system experience, confidentiality skills, and strong communication skills. Physical duties include extended standing, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and performing varied movements.
