Fit4Less is hiring a Host to provide friendly customer and membership service while keeping the club clean, safe, and well maintained through daily cleaning, minor maintenance, and member support tasks. The role involves welcoming members and guests, educating them on memberships, amenities, automation, and processes, promoting black card offerings, assisting with membership management and access, and completing scheduled training and reporting duties. The position requires a high school diploma or progress toward completion, teamwork or volunteer experience, strong verbal and written communication, WHMIS, and First Aid/CPR-A/AED certification. Compensation is minimum wage with expected annual total compensation of $19,000 based on scheduled hours.
