The role involves welcoming members and guests, assisting with memberships and amenities, promoting black card offerings, supporting automated and virtual club processes, reporting issues, and completing scheduled training and communications. Candidates should have a high school diploma or be working toward one, at least one year of teamwork or volunteer experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, WHMIS, and First Aid/CPR-A/AED certification.
