Fit4Less is hiring a Host to provide friendly customer and membership service while completing daily cleaning, tidying, and minor maintenance tasks to uphold club cleanliness, safety, and the brand’s automated, welcoming environment. The role includes educating members and guests on memberships, amenities, automation, and processes; promoting memberships and black card amenities; handling incidents and deficiencies; and working to scheduled timelines. The position requires a high school diploma or progress toward completion, one year of teamwork or volunteer experience, strong verbal and written communication, WHMIS, and First Aid/CPR-A/AED certification, and offers minimum wage compensation with an estimated annual total of $19,000.
