Description
The Host will be the first point of contact for guests at Leonardo Hotel Groningen City Center, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, making reservations, taking calls, assisting with luggage, supporting breakfast service, and maintaining a welcoming lobby. The role requires at least two years of hospitality experience, fluent Dutch and English, independent and team-working ability, flexibility, and the ability to travel to work; F&B experience, reservation-system experience, and first aid are advantages.
