The Host is the first point of contact for restaurant guests, responsible for welcoming and escorting guests, answering questions, managing reservations and waitlists, organizing seating charts, and coordinating with front- and back-of-house teams. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related customer experience, involves standing and walking throughout the dining area, and is based in Nashville, Tennessee; Brier Creek, North Carolina; Pflugerville, Texas; or Columbus, Ohio, with occasional travel to local stores.
