The Host/Cashier directs guest traffic, handles payment transactions and cash-drawer security, greets and seats guests, manages seating charts and wait lists, answers and directs phone calls, takes catering orders, maintains the cashier stand and restroom, stocks and packages to-go orders, and records and analyzes cashflow. The role reports to the General Manager and requires minimal supervision.
