The Host is the first point of contact for guests at Soho House, greeting members and guests, checking reservations, creating reservations for clubs and restaurants, handling requests, coordinating with the front desk, and supporting service standards. The role also involves training team members, maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere, and working flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required experience includes a similar role, while OpenTable and MICROS experience is desired.
