The Host/Hostess greets and welcomes guests, assists with seating, manages reservations and table availability, takes orders, handles guest requests and complaints, maintains cleanliness and sanitation, and supports opening, running, and closing duties. The role requires a high school education, English communication ability, adaptability, teamwork, and customer focus; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
