Texas Card House is hiring a Poker Host for its RGV location to provide in-person guest service in a casino poker environment. The role greets and seats players, manages waitlists, answers questions, promotes events, assists with registration and buy-ins, maintains the reception area, handles inquiries, and uses CRM platforms. Applicants need at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and flexibility for day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. The position is part-time or full-time, with 20–40 hours per week and pay of $20.00–$25.00 per hour; medical insurance is available only to full-time employees.
