The Friendly Toast is hiring an Ambassador (host) to serve as the first point of contact for restaurant guests. The role involves greeting and seating guests, presenting menus and specials, managing the waiting list and floor plan board, tracking table status, answering phone and menu questions, maintaining the host area and restrooms, and supporting other dining operations. The position requires strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, flexibility for weekends and holidays, reliability, and a willingness to learn the menu.
