Description
The Host is the first point of contact for guests at Ci Siamo Boston and partners with the Maître D’ to coordinate seatings, manage wait times, answer inquiries, and support dining-room service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling reservations and restaurant information, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with table maintenance and coat check, and communicating with guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen. The role requires lunch-shift availability, the ability to stand and lift up to 30 pounds, and English fluency; restaurant experience is preferred but not required. The position pays $18 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
