Description
The Host welcomes guests, manages seating and waitlists, answers phones and guest questions, communicates requests to servers, and assists with food delivery and bussing. The role requires restaurant or customer-service experience, a valid Food Handlers’ certification, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment, and authorization to work in the United States. It is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime and participates in a tip pool.
