The Second City is hiring a part-time Host in New York at $18 per hour, reporting to the Director, Food & Beverage. The role greets and seats theater guests, processes tickets, maintains seating records, assists with coat check, clears and resets tables, answers questions about theaters, ticketing, and menu offerings, and follows safety, sanitation, and service procedures. Candidates must be available for varied hours, days, and weekends; communicate in English; work calmly in a busy environment; lift up to 50 pounds; stand and walk through theater areas; and collaborate effectively with others.
